Indulge in our famous Vegan Bakewell Tart, crafted with a crispy shortcrust pastry base, a sweet layer of raspberry jam, almond frangipane, fresh raspberries, almond flakes, and a delicate dusting of icing sugar. It's the perfect piece on your dessert table!
 
Shelf life - any cakes are best eaten on the day at it's freshest condition but this tart will keep in the fridge for up to three days. Remove 1-2 hours from the fridge and place in a cool and dry place before consuming to bring to room temperature and enjoy. Suitable for freezing, simply defrost in the fridge the night before and follow the above instructions.
 
Serves approx. 8 slices. The tart will come in a square box. It won't be pre-cut as this will keep the tart as fresh as possible.
