Shelf life - any cakes are best eaten on the day at it's freshest condition but it will keep stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Remove approx 1 hour before consoming to soften again.
 
Serves approx 8 slices. Cellophaned wrapped for freshness and provided in a brown box to protect it during it's travels after collecting.
