Shelf life - they are best eaten on the day but will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Suitable for freezing - just defrost in fridge the night before. Once defrosted, place in pre-heated oven at 100c for 10-15 mins. Every oven varies so please keep an eye on it and ensure the inside is piping hot. Suitable for air-frying too.
