Introducing our vegan yule log! This yule log is a real show-stopping Christmas dessert! It consists of a chocolate sponge cake filled with either vanilla or chocolate buttercream and coated in a rich dark chocolate buttercream, decorated with fresh rosemary and redcurrants. Celebrate this festive season with this delicious vegan show stopper!
 
It serves approx. 8 slices and will stay fresh for up to 3 days stored in an airtight container, placed in a cool and dry away from any source of heat. Suitable for freezing - cut into serving slices, wrap them up individually in foil or cling film, when deserved, place in the fridge to defrost fully over night, remove from the fridge the following day around 1-2 hours before consuming to bring to room temperature and soften before enjoying.
